1. Automatic Filing System

The journal uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or CLOCKSS systems  to ensure that the journal's digital archives remain secure and permanently accessible to partner libraries and indexing institutions.

2. Archiving in Institutional Repositories

Authors are allowed to store the final version of the published version in an institutional repository, subject repository, or other repository platform while still listing the original source of the journal.

3. Backup Internal

All published data and articles are stored periodically through an internal backup system to prevent data loss due to technical problems.

4. Open Access dan DOI

All articles published in this journal are available in open access and are equipped with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure traceability and long-term ease of access.

With this policy, JBIAM ensures that articles remain available to readers, researchers, and the academic community despite technical glitches on the journal's main website.

JBIAM: Journal Business Innovation, Accounting and Management berkomitmen untuk menjamin keberlangsungan akses terhadap seluruh artikel yang telah diterbitkan. Oleh karena itu, jurnal ini menerapkan kebijakan pengarsipan digital sebagai berikut:

1. Sistem Pengarsipan Otomatis
   Jurnal ini menggunakan sistem LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) dan/atau CLOCKSS untuk memastikan bahwa arsip digital jurnal tetap aman dan dapat diakses secara permanen oleh perpustakaan mitra dan institusi pengindeks.

2. Pengarsipan di Repositori Institusi

3. Backup Internal
   Seluruh data dan artikel yang diterbitkan disimpan secara berkala melalui sistem backup internal guna mencegah kehilangan data akibat gangguan teknis.

4. Open Access dan DOI
   Semua artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini tersedia secara open access dan dilengkapi dengan Digital Object Identifier (DOI) untuk memastikan keterlacakan dan kemudahan akses jangka panjang.

Dengan kebijakan ini, JBIAM memastikan bahwa artikel tetap tersedia bagi pembaca, peneliti, dan komunitas akademik meskipun terjadi gangguan teknis pada situs utama jurnal.
