The author who will publish his article in this journal agrees to the following conditions:

1. The author owns the copyright and grants the primary right to simultaneous publication licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, to allow others to share the work with acknowledgment of authorship and the first publication in this journal.
2. The author may enter into a separate additional contractual agreement for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the journal of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of the initial publication in this journal.
