The review process at JETCOM is conducted using a double-blind peer review system, meaning both author and reviewer identities are kept anonymous throughout the evaluation to ensure objectivity.

1. Review Stages

1. Initial Editorial Screening

  • The editor evaluates the relevance and alignment of the manuscript with the journal’s Focus and Scope.

  • Manuscripts that do not meet the criteria or show more than 20% plagiarism will be rejected immediately.

2. Reviewer Assignment

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial check are sent to two independent reviewers.

  • Reviewers are selected based on expertise in relevant fields.

3. Evaluation Process

  • Reviewers assess the manuscript for originality, methodology, clarity, topic relevance, and scientific contribution.

  • Each reviewer provides one of the following recommendations:

    • Accepted without revision

    • Accepted with minor revision

    • Major revision required

    • Rejected

4. Final Editorial Decision

  • Based on reviewer feedback, the editor makes a final decision and sends the evaluation results to the author.

  • Authors are given a maximum of 14 days to submit their revisions.

5. Final Check & Proofreading

  • Once revisions are approved, the editor performs a final check of formatting, language quality, and reference style.

6. Online Publication

  • Articles that pass all stages will be published online in the scheduled issue and assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
